This folder contains a repaint for the FG-1D Corsair by Milviz, in the colors of FG-1D #66 of VF-10, the aircraft flown by Ensign Albert Lerch. He flew this aircraft on 26 June 1945 from USS Intrepid when he, on his first confrontation with Japanese aircraft, became an ace. He was flying off Okinawa when he and an another pilot intercepted 30 enemy planes. Ensign Lerch shot down six fighters and one bomber, making him an ace in one flight. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.
