This is a quaint uncontrolled but busy airport on the eastern elbow of Cape Cod. Clapboard houses, long windy beaches and fish n chips at the " Hangar B Restaurant" - such is summer on Cape Cod. The Stick N Rudder Tour Company will gladly take you on a flight to remember.
This is a simple version, I will update with more detail in the hangars and restaurant later. If you like this let me know as Provincetown could be an opportunity.
Thanks again for Dave's People and animals, and JP Fillion aircraft and "Bluenose" out watching the Humpback..
I recommend you download them and put the collections into your community folder.

Are your recommendations 'Dependencies' of this file or just suggestions to have in our sim libraries ?

Hi ,
Excellent work...
Just a reminder to update the version number in the 'manifest.json' as it shows in the sim and in Addons Linker and will be of primary importance in programs such as MFS AddOn Collector, for example, as developers produce auto-updating programs...
The version number here shows 1.2, but it shows 0.1.0 in the 'manifest.json'.
Thanks for your efforts...

I no longer have the file as it was corrupted and lost. So it is on my list to redo the entire airport along with a few others too. Thanks

These scenery's are great, but I found a minor issue with this one.
The Signs for the runways are numbered in the wrong direction as you leave the parking area. Should be 24-6 and they are all marked 6-24. Not a major issue but the rest of this is so good, that this little oversight bugged me.
Thanks for the otherwise great job.

That is true.. thanks.. I am looking at redoing some airports as MSFS has changed some of their protocols since version 6. It will be a good chance to fix some little errors such as that one. :)

Thank you for this super scenery, I always enjoy flying into KCQX.
The parking apron has a compass rose painted close to the taxiway; if you could please add this detail, it would make it even more superb?
I have a texture file that, at a pinch, might work if you are unable to find one; please let me know if you need it.

I saw that.. and would appreciate it.. I think there is another on the other side of the the runway.. perhaps older. was having difficulty adding the custom painting eg the word Chatham. Also I have no images of the hangars at the end of the field. that too would help.. This was done by guess work and a few images.
PM me thanks

Hi,
You didn't rename your modellib.bgl, so, for people who have other airports with this filename under scenery, your scenery will cause CTD's for them. (or vice versa, heheh)
All paths/filenames under scenery must be unique, or the VFS will become confused and CTD's will ensue.
The fix is simple, just change the name to kcqx_modellib.bgl and update the layout.json with the changed filename for anyone having issues.
Thanks for doing this airport!

Guess I'll get to emulate getting breakfast there as when I did a flight there in the 152 last year, I waited an hour and didn't get breakfast...lol...good work

I phoned the restaurant and asked if they would send a menu and some shots of the interior. Alas they didn't .. perhaps they were behind serving their clients.
thanks..
