Rancho las Juntas Airstrip is missing from MSFS. Rancho las Juntas is a small dirt strip just outside of Tecate, Mexico, in the Baja Califormnia region. There is no ICAO for this strip, so I used MXAA.
There are hundreds of small airstrips in Mexico that are missing from MSFS. This is my second scenery project and first of the Mexican Airstrips series. I am learning as I go, but I plan on adding many airstrips in Mexico. Most of these strips do not have an offical code, so I will use the MX** format for an ICAO.
I have added numerous rock formations that were missing from the default terrain and have added foliage to match the real world flora. I have added water to the nearby ponds and added the small fenced-in area containing some ranching equipment.
The air can be thin, so be mindful of density altitude when the weather gets hot!

Please check out my other Mexican Airstrips! This is a project I have decided to undertake in hopes of adding realism and completeness to MSFS. Many more to follow!
