You can find 2 files in the archive.
1.)  CUP_LOW2_ALBEDO.PNG.DDS - This is the new version 
2.) CUP_LOW2_ALBEDO_V1.PNG.DDS - This was the original version, in case you want to backup later

Just copy the files in to the  TEXTURE.NXSICHUAN folder in the sichuan folder:
Communtiy / livery-a320-SICHUAN-B-306N-A32NX / SimObjects / AirPlanes / A32NX-SICHUAN / TEXTURE.NXSICHUAN

(If you want use the original version remove the '_V1' part from the filename)
